1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the NileX platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the platform.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time with prior notice.

You must be 18 years of age or older to use the platform.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your login credentials.
Creating more than one account per person or entity is prohibited.

Only genuine and honest listings are permitted — no fake or misleading ads.
The property or vehicle you advertise must be in your possession or you must be authorized to sell it.
Listing stolen, counterfeit, or legally prohibited products is strictly forbidden.
Posting offensive, inciting, or legally non-compliant content is prohibited.
Listing financial or investment services without an official license is prohibited.
Currently limited to Vehicles and Real Estate — more categories coming soon.

All content on the platform (logos, designs, code) is owned by NileX.
By posting content on the platform (images, text), you grant NileX a license to display it.
Commercial use of platform content without prior written permission is prohibited.

NileX is an intermediary platform — transactions occur directly between sellers and buyers.
We do not guarantee the accuracy of any information posted by users.
We recommend personally verifying any property or vehicle before completing a transaction.
Fees for paid listings (featured ads) are non-refundable.

NileX is not liable for any losses arising from transactions between users.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that it will be free from errors at all times.
Our liability is limited to what is permitted under Sudanese law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these terms.
You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings.
Upon account termination, your personal data is deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Sudan.
Any disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in Khartoum.

3. Listing Rules
